The service
LocalBiz AI provides Sophia, an AI receptionist service for appointment-based businesses, including conversational booking, calendar integration and a management dashboard.
Free trial
Trials run for 14 days with full platform access. No payment details are required to start. We may pause or end trials that abuse the service.
Subscriptions & billing
After trial, continued use requires an active subscription billed monthly through our payment provider (Safepay). Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to mislead customers, provide unlawful services, or process data you have no right to process. You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information Sophia is configured with.
AI limitations
While Sophia is engineered to act only on your configured knowledge and live systems, AI-generated responses may occasionally be imperfect. You remain responsible for reviewing bookings and customer communications produced through your workspace.
Data & availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Your data remains yours; we provide export and deletion on request.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated to account holders in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
